چکیده
In the broader field of human behavior studies, there are several trade-offs for on-site experiments. To be tied to a specific location can limit both availability and diversity participants. However, current future technological advances make it possible replicate real-world scenarios in virtual environment up certain level detail. How these differences add affect cross-media validity findings remains topic debate. world is accessed, through computer screen or head-mounted display, may have significant impact. Not surprisingly, literature has presented various comparisons. while previous research compared different devices question, systematic review lacking. fill this gap, we conducted review. We identified 1083 articles accordance with PRISMA guidelines. Following screening, 56 remained were qualitative synthesis provide reader summary on between displays (HMDs), screens, real world. Overall, data show that worlds an HMD more similar situations than screens. This supports thesis HMDs suitable screens conducting experiments behavioral studies.

Alignment Errors between Real and Virtual World in Augmented Reality
In the last decade, augmented reality (AR) technology was of significant interest in the medical field. However, designing a medical AR system is still challenging, because the expectations on accuracy and stability in such a setting are high. Misalignment of the computer-generated objects would greatly compromise the utility of such systems. Especially in medical training, where the viewpoint ...

متن کاملPerception and cognition in immersive Virtual Reality
In the next future, 3D-CAD methods will be extensively employed in conjunction with 3D immersive displays, so called Virtual Environments (VE). These may dramatically improve the possibilities of visualization and interaction offered by common 2D display CAD workstations. Thus, ergonomic evaluation needs to be made as to how the computer-generated object is represented on 3D immersive display (...
